Ingredients
- 12 tablespoon muesli, unsweetened or cereal flakes
- 600 g yourt, low-fat
- 400 g strawberries
- 100 ml orange juice
- 4 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 banana (s)
- 4 teaspoon almond (s), chopped or nuts

- Mix the muesli or cereal flakes, yoghurt, orange juice and maple syrup and allow to swell a little.
- Clean and quarter the strawberries. Mash a few strawberry quarters with a fork and stir into the muesli.
- Peel the banana and cut into slices, fold loosely into the muesli with the rest of the berries. Sprinkle with chopped almonds or nuts.
- Muesli or cereal flakes help you get through the time until your next meal without cravings.
