  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 shot rum

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add oil, milk and rum and mix well again. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  2. Now put the dough in a pan lined with baking paper and put it in the oven at 180 ° C (gas mark 3) for about 40 minutes. Then let the cake cool in the oven.
