Croutons and Bacon Salad

This is a delicious salad! The aroma and taste of bacon, crispy croutons, spicy dressing make the salad very interesting and homemade. Be sure to cook!

Ingredients
- Tomatoes (small) – 2-3 pcs.
- Red onion – 0.5 pcs.
- Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
- Lettuce leaves – 2-3 pcs.
- Raw smoked bacon – 2 strips
- Homemade crackers – 1 handful
- Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar (or wine) – 1 tbsp
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Prepare foods for salad with croutons and bacon. The egg must be boiled hard (7-8 minutes from the moment of boiling). Wash the vegetables.
- Crackers can be bought ready-made, but it is better to make homemade. Cut the white bun into small cubes.
- Dry the bun cubes in the oven and cool.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- Fry the bacon until golden brown.
- At the end, add a spoonful of sour cream and stir.
- The bacon is ready. Let it cool down.
- While the bacon is cooling, prepare a salad dressing with oil, vinegar, and mustard. Salt and pepper a little.
- Cut the onion into feathers, cut the tomatoes and eggs into slices. If the tomato is large, then cut it into large cubes.
- Place lettuce leaves torn in large pieces on a serving plate.
- Put tomatoes, eggs and onions beautifully on the salad.
- Top with a handful of crackers and fried bacon. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
- Stir salad before serving.
