Royal Salad with Croutons

Ingredients
- Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
- Crab sticks – 240 g
- Hard cheese – 300 g
- Croutons – 100 g
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Lemon (juice) – 0.5 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – to taste
Directions
- Cut the crab sticks.
- Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled. Clear. Refrigerate. Cut into cubes.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl.
- Open a pack of croutons. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season the salad with croutons with mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Crab salad with croutons is ready.
