Toasts are prepared from a loaf with cottage cheese filling in 15 minutes, quickly! Repeat on health! The family will still sleep and breakfast is ready! Baton, eggs, and cottage cheese: breakfast is heavenly bliss!
Ingredients
Baton – 1 pc.
Cottage cheese – 150-200 g
Sour cream – 3 tbsp
Coconut flakes – 2 tbsp
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Milk – about 150 ml
Sugar (vanilla sugar) – 1-2 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Powdered sugar – for serving
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
In the cottage cheese (I have cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%) add sugar to taste (taking into account vanilla, a couple of tablespoons are enough for me), coconut, and sour cream.
Mix everything well, knead with a fork.
Add salt and milk to the eggs (you can add a pinch of sugar, this will add color to the croutons). Beat well. At this time, the pan is already on the stove, warming up.
One piece of the loaf is well coated with cottage cheese filling.
Cover with the second piece of loaf, press down. The pieces stick well together.
Dip the resulting blanks in eggs with milk and send them to a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry sweet loaf toasts with curd filling until golden brown on both sides. It is better to get ready-made croutons on paper towels.
