Croutons with Pesto Sauce and Cheese

A delicious and quick appetizer of croutons, pesto, and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese (shavings) – about 50 g
  • Pesto sauce – 24 teaspoon
  • Baguette – 24 slices
  • Olive oil – for greasing toasts

Directions

  1. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 15 minutes (until golden brown).
  2. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool. On the cooled croutons, apply the pesto sauce and sprinkle with parmesan chips on top.
