Croutons with Cheese in 5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • White loaf – 400 g
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper – to taste
  • Spices to taste

How to make cheese croutons:

Directions

  1. Bread, preferably stale, cut into portions.
  2. Pour milk into a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, add your favorite spices.
  3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Dip each piece of bread on one side in milk, place in a microwave oven, sprinkle with cheese on top.
  5. Place the dish in the microwave and bake the cheese croutons on full power for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
