- 0.5 ½ cup wholemeal spelled flour
- 0.5 ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted, cooled
- Butter or oil, for baking

- Mix all ingredients well in the mixer, strain through. Chill for 2 hours.
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Put half a ladle full for each crepe in the pan at an angle. Let it melt very thinly. Bake for 1 minute on each side.
