Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some lemon peel aroma
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
For the sprinkles:
- 175 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
For covering:
- fruit (e.g. cherries, apples, pears, apricots)
- Grease for the tin

- Mix the first eight ingredients together in a bowl and make a batter. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
