  • 25 g butter, melt

  • Cheese (mozzarella, Gouda, sheep`s cheese) in thick slices

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread in a diamond shape and not too deeply at an angle and then at an angle in the other direction and pull it apart a little without breaking it.
