Ingredients
- 500 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 100 g nuts (pecans)
- 100 g almond (s), whole kernels, unpeeled
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 150 g raisins
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil, (sunflower)
- 1 cup honey

- Roughly chop the pecans and almonds. Mix the oatmeal, almonds, nuts and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Heat the water, oil and honey a little until the honey has dissolved. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients, stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the muesli in the oven at 130 ° C on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes until browned. Turn the muesli every 10 minutes. Allow to cool and after cooling mix in the raisins.
- Nuts and dried fruits can of course be varied as desired. You can also add chopped chocolate after cooling. Store in a dry place.
