- 100 g quark
- 150 g cream cheese (Bresso)
- 150 g cottae cheese
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
- 3 spring onion (s)
- Lemon juice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- pepper
- garlic

- Grate the carrot and radishes. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Mix with quark, cottage cheese and bresso and season to taste with the remaining ingredients.
- This dip tastes wonderful with potatoes, as a topping on bread or as a dip in fresh vegetables. If you don`t like cottage cheese, you should try the dip anyway. I can`t stand cottage cheese and I love this dip!
