Ingredients
- 300 g yourt, 3.5% fat
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar, possibly a little more
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Vegetables, e.g. carrots, peppers, kohlrabi etc.

- Finely chop the herbs and stir into the yogurt. Squeeze the garlic clove. Season the dip with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
- It is best to prepare the dip the day before so that it can flow through nicely!
- Wash the vegetables, peel them if necessary, cut into sticks and serve with the dip.
