Ingredients
- 150 g soba noodles
- 3 radishes
- 1 mini cucumber (s)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon water, hot
- 2 tablespoon raw cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (Gochugaru)

- Mix the dressing ingredients in a blender and set aside.
- Cut the radishes and cucumber into sticks and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. After a few minutes, pour off the leaked water.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain and rinse with water.
- Mix immediately with the remaining ingredients, divide into 2 bowls and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
