Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s) or 3 - 5 small crooked cucumbers
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sumac
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, neutral (sunflower oil or rapeseed oil)
- 6 drops liquid sweetener
- 2 pinches garlic granules

- Finely slice a cucumber or 3 - 5 small crooked cucumbers (they taste much better, but are not found in supermarkets but rather in Turkish grocery stores). Do not throw away the cucumber water, keep it. Add coconut milk and vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, sumac, garlic granules and 4 - 6 drops of liquid sweetener. Mix well and then let it steep for at least 1 hour.
- This preparation form of the cucumber salad is suitable for histamine intolerance, fructose intolerance and lactose intolerance. Also tastes good without intolerance.
