For the marinade:
- 150 ml coffee cream or heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral
- salt and pepper

- Slice the cucumbers; if you like, you can peel them beforehand. Make the marinade from the ingredients and season to taste. Cut the wild garlic into fine strips and mix with the cucumber and marinade, then season to taste and garnish with wild garlic if necessary. If you let it steep for 1 - 3 hours, it tastes best.
