Ingredients
Medium tangerines β 4 pcs.
Butter (margarine for baking) β 75 g (+ for greasing the mold)
Egg β 1 pc.
Kefir β 125 ml (keep 100 ml in stock)
Flour β 3 cups
Sugar β 1.5 cups
Baking powder β 2 teaspoon.
Soda β 0.5 teaspoon.
Semolina β for sprinkling the mold

This cupcake piqued my interest as soon as I saw the recipe on the Internet. I love wet citrus baked goods! π But, unfortunately, he categorically did not want to bake β¦
But Iβm not the type to step back from an attractive but intractable recipe without making it successful. So I took the bit and baked it 7 times, changing the proportions of liquid and flour, baking time and temperature.
I even used two different ovens. π The first success happened for the fourth time: the cake was baked, but the aroma of tangerines was barely felt, and it was not at all what I wanted. I continued to experiment, and everything worked out! π
