Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 4 packs vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 130 ml mineral water
  • 300 grams flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 g almond (s), pens
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 4 cans tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar and 1 vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and mineral water. Fold in the flour and baking powder and smooth the dough in a greased drip pan (or baking sheet) and bake in the preheated oven to 175 ° for about 20 minutes. Roast the almond sticks until golden and allow to cool.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in 3 vanilla sugar and fold in the sour cream. Cover the base with the mandarins and pour the cream mixture over it. Place the almond sticks on top and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Decorate with tangerines if necessary. I usually mix the fruit and add bananas, peaches and strawberries, it tastes even better!
