Delicious, soft chocolate muffins filled with curd balls.

Ingredients
Flour – 200 g
Kefir – 200 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil, odorless – 100 ml
Cottage cheese – 140 g
Sugar – 150 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp (with a slide)
Baking dough – 1 teaspoon
Chocolate (for decoration) – 30 g
Directions
Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy. Moreover, 1 tbsp the sugar should be left for the filling.
Pour in kefir.
Add vegetable oil and beat together.
Gradually add flour with baking powder and cocoa.
Beat everything into a homogeneous thick mass.
Mash cottage cheese with a fork with 1 tbsp sugar and vanilla sugar.
Roll small dense balls out of cottage cheese with your hands.
Place 1 tablespoon each in muffins. spoon of dough.
Place curd balls in the center.
Put one more tablespoon of dough on top. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake chocolate muffins on kefir, with curd filling, for 25 minutes.
Transfer the finished chocolate muffins to a wire rack and cool. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pour melted chocolate over chocolate muffins with curd filling.
