Curd Buns with Pear

Cook 2 servings at once! Delicate, fragrant curd buns with juicy pear pieces and a golden brown crust. The recipe is simple, cottage cheese muffins, buns are prepared in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

  • Pear – 1 pc. (200 g)
  • Cottage cheese – 180 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter (melted) – 50 g + for lubricating molds
  • Sugar – 140 g
  • Wheat flour – 250 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration, optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
    For this recipe, cottage cheese should not be dry, it is better to take a soft, pasty one. If the curd is grainy, it must be punched with a blender or rubbed through a sieve.
    Melt the butter in advance.
    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, egg and melted butter to the curd. Mix well with a blender until smooth.
  2. Add baking powder to flour, mix and sift into curd mass.
  3. Stir the dough with a spoon or spatula until smooth.
  4. Peel the pears, cut out the middle. Cut the pears into small cubes and add to the dough. Mix well.
  5. Grease the muffin molds with butter and spread the dough with a spoon.
    We bake cottage cheese muffins-buns with pears in a preheated oven at a temperature of 190 degrees, for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
    Remove the finished curd buns from the oven and cool on the wire rack.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
