Curd Casserole with Raisins and Walnuts

Delicious, sweet cottage cheese dish. Very delicate.

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Curd 9% – 400 g
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 5 tablespoons
  • Semolina – 5 tablespoon.
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Citric acid – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Raisins – 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts – 3 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. We break the eggs into a container, add sugar and mix with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add a pinch of salt in the process.
  2. We send cottage cheese and sour cream to the egg mixture and grind with a mixer into a homogeneous mass so that there are no lumps.
  3. Let’s prepare a dry mixture. Add baking powder, soda, and citric acid to the semolina – mix.
  4. Gradually pour the mixture into the liquid mass, stirring constantly. Raisins must be steamed with boiling water in advance, drained, and dried with a paper towel. We send raisins and chopped walnuts to the dough.
  5. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, if there is a silicone mat – even better, grease the bottom with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a little semolina. Pour the dough into a mold.
  6. Before sending the casserole to the oven, sprinkle with semolina on top. We bake in an oven preheated at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  7. You can serve the casserole with jam, any jam, condensed milk, chocolate, powdered sugar, honey.
