Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate, whole milk nut
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 g quark (curd cheese), lean
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • Aroma, (liquid vanilla aroma)

For decoration:

  • powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the nut chocolate into small cubes. Mix the butter with the sifted sugar, vanilla sugar, rum and vanilla flavor until creamy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks. Mix the hazelnuts and almonds. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve and stir into the yolk mixture alternately with curd cheese, ground nuts and chocolate chips. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the dough.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased, floured Gugelhupf pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes.
  4. Let the Gugelhupf cool and sprinkle with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
