Ingredients

  • 160 g flour
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 g marzipan, rated
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 80 g walnuts, chopped
  • 250 g low-fat quark, (low-fat curd cheese 20%)
  • 120 g suar, brown
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 170 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into very firm snow.
  2. Mix the soft butter with sugar, marzipan and yolk until creamy, stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and the other ingredients and finally fold in the egg whites - put the dough in a prepared form, well greased and sprinkled with sugar, spread and place in the preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) - when cold, sprinkle with icing sugar.
