Ingredients

  • 2 apples, tart ones
  • 2 tablespoon mango chutney, ready from the jar
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder, e.g. Madras curry
  • 100 g mayonnaise, 25% fat
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and then grate finely. Add the mango chutney and cut up any pieces with a knife or fork. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Season to taste, decant and decorate with chili powder.
