Ingredients
- 4 medium onion (s)
- 6 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 ½ bottle chili sauce (not the Asian one, it`s red)
- 1 cup cream

- Depending on your taste, cut the onions into thin rings or into not too small cubes.
- Stew in the pan as firm to the bite or soft as desired, then deglaze with the soy sauce. Add the chilli sauce and cream. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve cold or lukewarm with fondue or raclette.
