Ingredients

  • 20 silver onion (s)
  • 100 g mayonnaise (25% fat)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder, e.g., Madras Curry
  • 1 shot rum (local rum)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Roughly mix the silver onions in the herb mixer, set aside a teaspoon. Add all other ingredients to the silver onions in the blender and mix into a creamy sauce (not too fine, otherwise you won`t have the bite of the onions). If necessary, add more salt and rum to taste.
  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with the remaining silver onions and a little curry powder.
