Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese or sheep cheese
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 garlic clove (s), pressed (more if you like)
- 15 olives, black, pitted, very finely chopped

- Mash the feta in a high bowl with a fork, pour in the cream and stir roughly with a fork. Then beat the mixture with the mixer, stir in the pressed garlic and chopped olives.
- Please prepare shortly before eating!
