Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 2 carrot (s), diced
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 2 leeks, cut into rings
  • 200 ml cream
  • Curry powder
  • some sauce thickener, lighter
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add the diced carrots directly to make them soft.
  2. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with oil. Add the onion and leek and sauté. Take the minced meat out of the pan and keep it warm.
  3. Put the curry powder in the pan and pour in the cream. Add a little light-colored sauce thickener and simmer until a creamy sauce is formed.
  4. Drain the pasta with the diced carrots and add to the creamy curry sauce. Add the minced meat again and stir everything. Serve hot.
