Curry Mushrooms

Again, I propose a dish with my favorite curry dressing. Champignons by themselves do not have a rich taste, like, for example, forest mushrooms, but with curry they acquire a very rich taste and aroma.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Champignon mushrooms – 1 kg
  • Sour cream – 400 g
  • Bulb onions – 5-6 pcs.
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • Curry seasoning – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
  • Water – 0.5 cups
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. To cook champignons in curry sauce, prepare the ingredients, clean and wash the onions and mushrooms.
  2. We start by chopping the onion into small cubes and placing it in a pan with oil for frying. We fry it until transparent.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic and curry and stir. Add 0.5 cups of water and cover. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and simmer the mushrooms in the curry sauce for another 20 minutes.
  5. Salt, stir, add sour cream. Mix again and leave the mushrooms in the curry sauce to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. The curry mushrooms are ready.
