Ingredients

  • 4 cups shrimp, in brine (350 g each)
  • 400 g cucumber (s)
  • 2 tablespoon pepper - grains, pickled greens
  • 300 g mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, pepper
  • Dill, for garnish
  • Chives, for garnish
  • Egg (s), cooked, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Drain the shrimp on a sieve. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and quarter. Mix the shrimp, cucumber and peppercorns. Mix the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and curry, season with sugar, salt and pepper. Add to the shrimp and cucumber salad and fold in carefully. Divide the shrimp cocktail into 8 glasses and serve garnished with egg wedges, chives and dill as desired.
