Custard Pancakes on Kefir

Custard pancakes on kefir, which always work out.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 2 cups (250 ml)
  • Kefir – 2 glasses
  • Boiling water – 2 glasses
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Butter – for greasing ready-made pancakes

Directions

  1. Sifted flour and soda mix well together so that the soda is evenly distributed.
  2. Beat eggs with salt until fluffy.
  3. Pour boiling water in a thin stream with continuous stirring. The dough to be kneaded expands well, so do not forget to take a larger container.
  4. Also pour in kefir in a thin stream, stirring continuously.
  5. Pour in flour and mix well.
  6. Finally, add sugar and vegetable oil. We mix.
  7. Let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes and you can bake.
  8. Pre-heat the pan well and grease it a little with vegetable oil.
  9. We bake custard pancakes from 2 sides until golden brown.
  10. Ready-made pancakes with kefir can be greased with butter.
