• 10 cl ginger beer, e.g., Spicy Ginger by T. Henry
• 4 cl rum, darker
• 1 cl lime juice
• ice cubes

Instructions

1. Pour ice into the glass, add lime juice and ginger beer. Carefully pour the rum over it so that it lies on top as a dark layer.
2. Serve with a straw and stir to drink.
3. Note: Ginger beer is a carbonated, non-alcoholic drink, is similar to ginger ale, but contains a higher proportion of ginger and therefore tastes more intense and spicy.
