Dark Chocolate Truffles with Liqueur

Homemade sweets “Truffles” from black bitter chocolate with Cointreau liqueur.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate (90% cocoa) – 200 g
  • Liqueur Cointreau – 30 ml
  • Cocoa – 300 g
  • Cream 33% – 150 ml
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Honey – 20 g
  • In addition to cocoa, you can also use coconut flakes, powdered sugar, and ground nuts for
  • making sweets.

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Gradually add the cream. Stir continuously.
  3. Add oil, mix thoroughly.
  4. Add Cointreau liqueur, mix.
  5. Add honey, mix well. We put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. We collect the frozen mass with a teaspoon and form a ball.
  7. We put the candies on a plate with cocoa powder and, shaking slightly, roll them in cocoa.
