Baked minced meat steaks with quail eggs.

Ingredients

  • Mixed minced meat – 500g
  • Smoked lard – 50g
  • Bow – 1 head
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • White bread or roll – 100g
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Ground red pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Quail eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Greenery for decoration

Directions

  1. Finely chop the smoked bacon and fry it. Add finely chopped onion and fry it. Add the chilled onion to the minced meat along with the squeezed garlic, bread soaked in milk, red pepper, and salt. Mix everything well.
  2. Let’s make 6 round steaks and in each of them make a depression for an egg with a small glass or spoon. Put the steaks on a greased baking sheet, add 100 ml of water or meat broth and put the chopped steaks in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
  3. Put 1 egg each in the grooves on the steaks and put the chopped steaks in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Boil potatoes with steaks. These are the steaks chopped with quail eggs.
