Ingredients

  • 4 pork steak (s) or chops
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 4 pickles or pickles
  • 600 g potato (s), peeled raw
  • 150 g bacon, lean
  • mustard

Instructions

  1. 1 piece of grill foil (30X30cm) lightly greased per person. First cover the foil with a mixture of thin strips of cut potatoes, onions and chopped parsley. Season with salt and paprika and cover with thin strips of bacon.
  2. Season the meat with pepper, caraway seeds and paprika, brush with mustard and place on top of the potato mixture. On top comes a chopped cucumber and a parsley stem. Fold the grill foil like a bag.
  3. Cook the steaks in the oven or in the grill at about 260 ° for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve the steaks in the bag with the salad wrapped around them.
