Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 ml tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 pinch (s) smoked salt
  • 4 steak (s), from the pork neck

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Stir in the ketchup, Worcester sauce, marjoram and smoked salt.
  2. Pat the washed steaks dry and place in a freezer bag together with the cooled marinade. Press the bag to distribute the marinade evenly on the steaks. Keep the tightly sealed bag in the refrigerator and let the steaks steep for about 3 hours.
  3. The steaks taste best when they are grilled for about 6 minutes per side.
