Pizza “BBQ”

For lovers of Italian cuisine, I would like to propose to replenish their culinary piggy bank with another very interesting recipe. I would like to bring to your attention a variant of how to cook BBQ pizza.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 200 Grams
  • BBQ sauce – 1-1.5 Art. spoons
  • Cheese – 200 Grams
  • Onion – 1/4 Piece
  • Greens – 1 Pinch
  • Pizza dough – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Roll out the dough, put it on parchment and place it in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, so that it becomes a little crispy.
  2. Then put the sauce on the dough and spread evenly over the entire surface.
  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and place on top. You can take any hard cheese in the recipe for making BBQ pizza.
  4. Peel a small part of the onion and spread evenly.
  5. Now add the chicken and the herbs, in this case the parsley. That’s it, you can send the pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. This is the result. Let cool slightly and serve.
