Ingredients
Cottage cheese 5% – 300 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Semolina – 5-6 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 10 g (1 sachet)
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Raisins – 50 g
Directions
Add 1 tablespoon to the curd. l. semolina and egg, grind well and leave for 10-20 minutes so that the semolina swells. In the meantime, you can rinse and dry the raisins well.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins to the curd mass, mix everything well. I do not advise adding sugar at the first stage along with the egg and semolina, since the cottage cheese will give off too much moisture, and we need a thick mass for the cheesecakes so that they do not spread.
We form small curd balls with our hands, form them into washers with a height of 1.5-2 cm and roll the curd cakes in semolina.
