Delicious Homemade Pizza

The recipe for a delicious homemade pizza with yeast dough.
Ingredients
For the dough :
- Flour – 500 g
- Milk (or water) – 300 ml
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar – 0.5 tablespoons
- Live yeast – 15 g
For filling:
- Cheese – 150 g
- Sausages – 300 g
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper, fresh or baked – 3 pcs.
- Ground tomatoes (or thick tomato juice) – 200 ml
- Oregano – 0.5 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
Directions
- For delicious homemade pizza, prepare yeast dough. Add yeast to warm milk (or water). Stir until the yeast dissolves. Add sugar, salt.
- Add flour gradually. Stir with a whisk.
- When the mass becomes thicker, add vegetable oil. When all the flour and vegetable oil has been added, we leave the dough to stand for 40 minutes, covered with cling film. The dough should be soft.
- After 40 minutes, the dough will rise.
- We spread the dough on the surface, divide it into two parts, roll it out in a baking dish, and transfer it to parchment.
- Putt tomato base on the dough, and sprinkle with oregano. We layout all the sausages.
- Then we distribute the Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, and parsley.
- Sprinkle with cheese on top.
- We bake homemade pizza in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
