Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), floury boiling
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and cook for 20-25 minutes. Then put the potatoes through a potato press.
  2. Then stir in the flour, egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Shape the dough into walnut-sized dumplings and then let the gnocchi simmer in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
