Ingredients
White wheat flour – 370 grams (250 g per dough, 120 g for sprinkling)
Sugar – 225 grams (150 g in the dough, 75 g for sprinkling)
Butter – 175 grams (100 g in the dough, 75 g for sprinkling)
Milk chocolate – 50 grams
Eggs – 5 Pieces
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 Pieces
Salt – 1 Pinch
Peach Compote – 850 Milliliters
Directions
Combine sugar with diced butter and flour. Grind the mass until crumbs. Remove the canned peaches from the jar and cut into thin slices.
In a mixer, on highest speed, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy white. Add soft butter in small portions, while whisking. At the lowest speed, add the flour and baking powder in small portions.
Add lemon juice, salt and stir gently with a spatula. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Top with peach slices and sprinkle generously with crumbs.
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees until golden brown. Melt the chocolate and pour over the cake. Cut the brownie into portions and serve.
