Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g bacon
  • some stalks parsley
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 450 ml water
  • 15 g tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • some flour
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 6 minute steak (s)

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onions, the clove of garlic and the bacon in a saucepan with a little oil. After a short time add the mushrooms and cook with them. Deglaze with a little water and add about 3/4 of the white wine.
  2. At the same time, fry the minute steaks in a pan with a little oil and the 2 sprigs of rosemary.
  3. After all the steaks are fried and kept warm on a plate, deglaze the pan with the meat juice with the rest of the white wine. Season with salt and pepper, simmer briefly and add to the mushrooms and onions.
  4. Now add cream and milk to the mushroom sauce. Thicken with a little flour and add the tomato paste and fill up with a little water. Then bring to the boil and stir.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, paprika powder. Add the chopped parsley just before serving. So it keeps its color and still gives off its aroma.
