  • 1 packet spaetzle from the refrigerated shelf
  • 400 g sliced pork
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • 2 packs gravy (extra)
  • 2 packs gravy (delicacy sauce for frying)
  • 20 g herb butter
  • 1 bottle Prosecco (Piccolo)
  • 200 ml cream
  • some mustard

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and fry in a saucepan with a little oil. Stir the roast and delicatessen sauces with a little water and bring to the boil. Stir in the cream and gradually the prosecco. Add the herb butter and mustard and stir in, then simmer. Let simmer for 1 - 2 hours for really good taste.
