Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, any kind
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 350 g mushrooms
- 0.33 tube tomato paste
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 liter water, possibly more, depending on the desired amount sauce
- 1 cup cream
- salt
- pepper
- Corn starch or light sauce thickener
- 3 teaspoons broth, clear, powder

- Dice the onions, cut the peppers into small pieces and thinly slice the mushrooms.
- Fry the minced meat and onions, season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and peppers and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes. Add tomato paste, stir well and heat. Then deglaze with the cream. Simmer for one minute while stirring and then pour the water on top.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta.
- Let the sauce simmer a little, add the stock powder and stir. Finally, bind with cornstarch or sauce thickener as desired and, if necessary, season again with salt, pepper or broth.
- We prefer to eat this dish with spaghetti or ribbon noodles. It is also delicious to add some fresh garlic after the tomato paste.
