Thinly slice the cucumber and tomato and thinly slice the onion. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Season the tartar with salt, pepper and a few drops of Worcester sauce. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, form two patties from the tartar mixture and fry on both sides for about 13 minutes.
Roast the hamburger buns on each side, e.g. on the toaster.
Brush the lower half of each with mayonnaise, put the lettuce leaf and then the patty on top. Brush the patty with mustard and ketchup. Top with tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Make the burger perfect with the top half of the bun.
A burger can also taste good with tartare and it is addicting.
