Ingredients

  • 500 g white cabbae or savoy cabbae
  • 2 bell peppers, roughly diced
  • 250 g celery, rouhly diced
  • 250 g carrot (s), rouhly diced
  • 150 g onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 leek, cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons broth, clear, instant
  • Soy sauce and / or others
  • Spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil with approx. 2 liters of water for 45 minutes. Now season with soy sauce or, if you like, with pepper, salt and herbs.
  2. For breakfast, I recommend whole-grain bread with low-fat quark and herbs.
  3. You can eat as much of the soup as you want.
  4. If you follow this recipe, you will lose up to 500 grams per day.
