If your Blue Curaçao uses syrup, the syrup is only added to the carafe when the rest of the syrup has already been poured in. If you pour carefully, a great layer will settle on the bottom. If you stir carefully now, the green rises from the bottom to the top and the effect is even better!
For the adults you can then add a good shot of rum.
