- 300 g suar
- 175 g mararine, soft
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 175 ml lemonade (Fanta)
- 1 tube food coloring, blue
- 1 tube food coloring, green
- 0.5 tube ½ food coloring, red
- 0.5 tube ½ food coloring, yellow
- 1 sachet cake icing (chocolate, white)

- Whisk the eggs with the mixer. Sprinkle in sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until frothy. Then add the soft margarine, mix flour with baking powder and gradually stir in. Pour in Fanta and stir briefly.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.
- Stir 1 tube of blue food coloring into one part, stir 1 tube of green food coloring into one part, stir 1 tube of red food coloring into one part, stir 1 tube of yellow food coloring into one part and 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow tube of food coloring into one part Stir in (possibly a little less red, so that it turns nice and orange).
- Then put the dough in a greased 28 cm springform pan as you wish, it is best to make stains or proceed as with marble cakes.
- Then bake the cake at 180 ° (top and bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
- After cooling, create a pink icing from the white chocolate icing and the red food coloring and pour it over the cake (can also be left out).
- TIPS:
- If you like, you can stir 1 cup of sour cream into the dough.
- Instead of a springform pan you can also put the dough in a small loaf pan + a Guglhupfform.
- The cake is great for children`s parties, but it is sure to be a hit at parties too.
