- 4 egg (s)
- 3 cup flour
- 2 cup / s sugar
- 1 ½ cup mineral water (Selter or Fanta)
- 1 cup oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- Food coloring
For the cast:
- 125 g butter or marariene
- 200 g powdered suar
- Lemon juice

- Mix eggs, sugar, rare or Fanta and oil until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into small containers and color with the colors.
- Then blob everything alternately with a tablespoon on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the icing of powdered sugar, dissolved butter and the lemon and spread over the cake immediately after baking.
- If you like it very sweet, you can add colorful sprinkles or other colorful delicacies over the cake.
- A little tip: it is better to use a deep baking sheet because the dough is very thin!
