Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 point sauce (sauce powder vanilla flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.5 ½ point jelly, raspberry or woodruff flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the fat and sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs, add the cream, finally the flour mixed with baking powder and stir everything evenly.
  2. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. An amount of dough each is mixed with sauce powder, cocoa powder and jelly powder.
  3. The greased loaf pan (22 cm long) is sprinkled with breadcrumbs. First, the light dough comes into the mold. Then the cocoa dough and finally the dough with the jelly is spread. The colored dough sinks to the bottom when baking. That gives a colorful effect.
  4. Baking time in the preheated oven: electric stove 175 degrees, convection 150 degrees, gas level 2. Baking time approx. 60 min. After approx. 15 min. Baking time, the cake is cut lengthways with a knife and then baked to the end. After baking, let the cake cool on a wire rack and then sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
